How to take a spiritual bath: You will use a large pot or bucket for this.

Cold water method: Cover the herbs with about a gallon of water, tea and squeeze and wring out the herbs in the water for about 10 minutes. Tear the leaves as small as you can. The water should be saturated with the herbs.

Wring out the herbs one final time.

Remove the herbal fragments The liquid is your Spiritual wash.

⁃ Hot water method: boil herbs as if with a tea, allow to cool, and strain.

Take a portion of the liquid and add to a bucket of water to use as needed each day as prescribed.  You will take a shower and then dump a portion of that liquid concentrate diluted with enough water to cover your body all over. Allow it to drip and drain off you. Air dry, Then go to bed
